I almost ended up with a an early 2000's Yamaha 2stroke (might have been a jog) that was unclaimed for a year at the local scoot repair shop. The hitch was no title. I kind of wish I had picked it up and just bought a new frame. I’ve got a few of those. Garage can put a lien on it ($45 here in CA), then after whatever time your DMV says you have to wait, you can get it titled. Still might have to do back fees though.

I can't imagine 60mph on 10 inch tires. Definitely not with turns involved.
