So what is the actual CC of a 90?

Mine's an 89cc. 42mmx52mm A lot of us just kinda classify them 50s and 90s though. Larger than stock 49cc stroke and 50mm+ bore I generalize as 90s. Easier than trying to remember what every bore/stroke combo makes exactly off the top of the head.

I believe so. The cylinder should definitely be a 50mm. 1E40QMB is a 40mm bore. The cylinder says 1E50FM, which designates a 50mm bore. All the FMs I know of are 42mm stroke.

What you mean intake is located far from head looks normal to me. Are do you mean because it points back instead of forward? 2T engines run their intake into the block, while 4Ts do so into the head. So that's what I meant by the intake being far from the head. I suppose I should have clarified earlier, but it's probably not actually a 90. I just kinda generically call them 50s and 90s sometimes. If it is what I think it is, it would be a 42mm stroke and a 50mm bore, which would be 82.5cc. If I'm correct on the stroke, the addition of a 54mm bore would take it to 96.2cc though. When I looked it up I saw reference to this very engine being a 100 too! The manufacturers seem to be very optimistic at times with their engine ratings.

That would be cool if it was a 100 But I think its a 82cc According to my research.

Just part #3, the actual cylinder shroud, should be all you need if you have the 50cc stuff.

I dunno that it's any different. That shroud doesn't always match up perfect, but it gets the job done. Not sure if both parts would match up better or not.

I guess I will see when my Engine gets here. I cam across this he also has a 1E50FM And put a 54mm Bore and a 47mm Stroke in it. Will that big crank fit with out modding the case?

There are some that will I think. The one site selling 47mm cranks that I had definitely heard fir a stock 90 case has been out of business for some time now. Reading over drawkward's posts about his 1E50, I had forgotten that this may be a 10mm wrist pin instead of 12mm like basically all other 90cc stuff uses. That means no 54mm bolt on that I know of. Either way, if it works it's a good deal for an 82.5cc. The cases alone are worth the price, because machining 49cc cases to fit a larger crank will likely cost that much or more.

From what I can tell in the pictures the crank looks to be a 16mm which would have a 12mm wrist pin right? Also do you happen to have a link to that build?
