Well I got the Geely engine today and guess what its a JL1PE40QMB bottom end with a 1E50FM top end and has a bent crankshaft and end that the variator goes on is stripped and loks like they tried to fix it once so I contacted the seller and if they don't respond with a reasonable fix to this I am going to file a claim with PayPal.

That sucks. eBay and PayPal have covered me on some pretty lousy sellers in the past, I hope they do the same for you. It says it's sold as-is, but it also says good used condition and I don't think all those issues would be considered good condition.

Well we ment half way and he gave my a partial refund so I am going to keep it and use it for parts. So if anyone needs a short case that will fit a 50mm-54mm Cylinder I have one for sale.

<sigh> This is why I hate eBay and want nothing to do with it or its sellers.

Dang! Sorry to hear that. If the case has been opened up to fit a 45mm crank you could just get a new crank and build yourself a 100+cc engine

Case had a 45mm crank in it. But I don't think it was opened up. I think it was made this way from the factory I see no machineing marks. Im not going to build it sonce I have a 90cc Short Long case coming see page 2 and 3.
