MAJOR UPDATE: ok after running it with the manual petcock and having proper fuel/oil mix and air box the way i want it set up, i had a thought that maybe all this messing with air gas and oil could have my carb out of tune still, so i started to fiddle with it, i turned the mixture screw in all the waythen back out 1 and 1/2 turns, i started it and let it warm up, i said screw it because my idle screw has been wacky lately, i turned my idle as far up as it would go and immidietly turned it down till the wheel stopped wanting to spin, got the idle around 1900 area (hard to tell without working rpm gauge) got the mixure just right, and now it runs like a top, the fuel filter is full, went for about a 10 mile ride and it was running great, let it cool down a bit well i ate at a resturant, got home (about 1 mile from resturant) and it bogged teeny tiny bit when i would play with the throttle like fast slow fast slow, but that was it, ran perfect still. i will know tomorrow after it gets to sit for the nite and be completely cool tomorrow morning. so we will see where things go from here, so my only question is: leaving the oil pump in, is that bad can anything get out that shouldnt, will it burn anything up other than the pumps gear wich i could care less about since the pump is shot anyways.

im getting used to it, well my last question is when its cold (sits over night) its hard to start, i have to cover the air inlet on the air box to choke it out and it will start/stay running but i have to do it a couple times, thats the only issue with the thing so on that, is there an easy way to make a choke or what should i look at to fix this so i can attach my seat and bucket back to the frame.

Make sure your auto enricher is working. Make sure it's got power and see if the needle extends out over time with power applied.

forgot to ask, im kinda retarted when it comes to premixing still, the guy that helped me remove oil injection put in roughly a 40 or 45:1 ratio in 1 gallon, i bought a new 2 gallon gas can, so i take that little bottle he gave me with a mark on where to fill it and dump 2 of those in then put gas in and im good to go right

Maybe you could find a little stiffer spring to put under the idle screw and help it stay adjusted?

the screw i have circled in the picture of the top of my carb is the screw i have to keep adjusting when it starts to hesitate.

OK. That's the idle speed. Mixture screw is to the left in that pic, beside the airbox connection. If that speed screw is removed there should be a spring under it.

And if you decide to order a new spring (I suggest just buying a carb rebuild kit, maybe $19 with shipping?), while you wait you can just take a tiny bit of RTV and rub it in the thread valleys of the idle screw. Let the RTV cure for a couple minutes, then screw it in. You can screw it in right away if you want, but it might not work as well. The RTV on the threads will allow you to adjust the screw (not a thread locker), and it won't vibrate out as quickly. Could, possibly, fix the problem completely.

ok the carb does not seem to be the issue besides maybe needing to up jet, my cousin had me go with him by a guy who used to work on keeways all the time in appleton at a small engine shop, we took my carb apart cleaned it and made sure everything is working properly and it is, he played around with my tuning and it was idling fine AND THEN it finally showed its face well someone was looking it, it bogged out and hesitated then stalled, he said that the carb is fine it seems to be my voltage regulator, so now when i have money i will be having to find and order a voltage regulator and he recommended just to be safe to replace the coil/wire/plug setup to a racing/performance setup. REASON: he thinks its the voltage regular/coil,plug setup is because after it stalls, you have to kick start it to start it now, once and a while it will electric but otherwise you HAVE to kickstart to get it going again.

I've never seen a voltage regulator cause a scooter to stall and bog.
