:welcome:
Don't hold the plug. Hold the wire or cap, something insulated, and hold the tip of the plug to a grounded part of the scooter, like the frame or engine.

i say just brush the spark plug with a wire brush to clean it up, or even replace it with a new one. make sure the fuel lines arent dirty or clogged, (if so you can get new lines at orileys auto parts and a fuel filter for under 5 bucks) make sure the petcock on the tank is not clogged (petcock is that little valve on the bottom of the tank that lets fuel out) then from there make sure you have a strong spak, good fuel flow, and a clean air filter and you should be in business!

and if it dosent fire more than once even when you keep cranking i would think the magneto thing might not be working/ set up correctly...

If it's a stock spark plug like a Torch or some other no-name brand, I'd try an NGK spark plug.
You can try checking for a signal coming from the stator. You should have a blue/white and black/red wire coming from the stator. Blue/white is the trigger wire and it should be about 0.5VAC. The black and red should give off a lot more.

the black wire shock me when i touch it and my arm touch the frame The black wire, while the engine is turning over (running/trying to start), has at least 65VAC heading up it going to the CDI. So, yes, it is going to *shock* you. The other wire (usually blue and white in the "other" bullet connector) is the CDI "trigger" wire, where with a volt meter, you should "see" at least .6 VAC. The other 2/3 wires going into the modular plug are your charging system which have nothing to do with running/starting. The stator is usually grounded either of 2 ways (or both): to the engine case (through the bolts that hold it on) and through a green wire (if one exists in the modular plug).
