Well shit, I just placed an order for a BBK from them this morning. The transaction went though with PayPal so I guess I will call them later and try and get my money back. Wish you had read these threads before ordering... The transaction went thru because it's automatic, it will continue to accept money as long as that web site is up and referring to a Paypal account that is still open. A seller could die today after having paid for their web hosting by the 6 or 12 month period, and unless a family member intervenes, or lots of complaints prompts a review, their web site will remain active for months, meanwhile the seller is in a grave already buried while automatic payments continue racking up charges and so on. If a seller has their bills on auto pay, their bills could be paid for months after they are dead, taking the funds out of their bank account until it's empty or a family member closes it after going thru probate, or it takes it from their visa card which will continue paying untill the acct is in default, that could be months too. A fly by night seller would KNOW Paypal's system is molassis slow, and that they give the merchant WEEKS to respond to complaints before they do anything at all, by then the merchant transferred the funds out of Paypal at an ATM, and the dispute process wouldn't even begin until a customer waits a week, 2, 3 for their stuff, emails asking, it could be a MONTH or more there going in circles before even filing a dispute. At that point the dispute on Paypal's system is a "self help" thing that does nothing more than send the merchant the email you type for your complaint, then they have like 15 days to respond to that, if they don't then you have to "escalate" it to a claim, that gives them another 10 days to respond to THAT, so already the whole process has burned thru possibly two MONTHS, by which time the merchant took the cash out at an ATM and left town. You'll get your money back, but do NOT mention in your complaint/dispute with Paypal that this is a MOTORCYCLE, or "automotive" parts because those are not covered by their guarantee, just use the term; merchandise, product, item, or "repair part"

Interesting . . . facebook address . . 1812 Sunset Blvd #23 website address . . 1812 W Sunset Blvd #31 Their ebay page is GONE, contacting them at any address did nothing, they never responded to emails, or contacts by Paypal, Visa, OR the BBB, that's why I got MY money refunded by both card issuers.

imgur.com/a/9pEIn6yI just added a review to the BBB's web site after taking this screen shot showing 4 people filed complaints, the actual number is likely ten times that as only 1 in 10 or less is going to go to the trouble to file a complaint with the BBB

Does this mean we still have to pay the IRS taxes on stuff we sell AFTER we die? Damn, that would suck, ha ha.

Who knows, I'm done with them by whatever new name they invent and "come back" as, the same Rick Main guy's name still appears on it, I even posted on that RnDMoto facebook page AND sent a message thru FB messenger 2 days ago, with screenshots of the paypal and visa disputes for order not rec's, and not a peep outta these people!
You'd be better going to partsforscooters or partskit, or any of the other sellers who post in here.

Yet THIS screenshot I just made off the State of Utah's business license search shows Richard Main (of scrappydogs) as the registered "agent" for RnD Moto who now claims they bought the inventory! imgur.com/a/mDXwR4F
