I never got tracking, emails a couple of weeks later asking about tracking and status were never responded to, so today June 12 I called the number on their web site and a telco recording said the number is no longer in service, so I have to file a chargeback on this now, guess they went defunct but their web site is still taking orders and payment!

I'm not burned, I'll get my money back, but the 3 weeks I waited on parts I needed is gone, what I liked was they had some Keihn carbs and I figured an upgrade would be good, but there's so many FAKE ones out there now it's hard to locate a real one, and the model that would fit the 49cc engines.
I'm going to contact their host ISP with a complaint and get the site SHUT DOWN, someone should have done that before

Their registrar and host are Godaddy.com, a complaint to [e-mail] about the issue should get action, I sent a message to that address just now.

BBB complaint has been filed now too.

I've ordered from them in the past, but as you know, when a business decides to close up shop they know Paypal etc will give them 10 or 30 days to respond to chargebacks/complaints, and by then they've drained their bank accounts and skipped town leaving Paypal to have to refund the payment under their guarantee.

PayPal would save themselves a lot if when a business is reported as defunct- they take immediate action not wait 30 freaking days for them to respond!

This is another reason why I use my Visa card to fund PayPal to use PayPal- that gives you TWO layers of protection and two separate options for a resolution, your Visa card issuer will not wait 30 days and keep YOU waiting like that, they will typically act fast and also credit your acct with the funds until a resolution is had.

I've had a similar issue on Ebay, a pack and ship/consignment place on Long Island had an antique I wanted, I got it cheap and they shipped it and I rec'd it, but the very next transactions after mine all entered negative feedbacks for items never rec'd etc., turned out they went bankrupt and shut their doors, my purchase was the LAST item they shipped, everyone else never got their stuff and then their user name on Ebay had "not a registered member" on it.

Here's how to deal with Paypal's slowness, they are giving the seller 10 days to respond, typical but a waste of time since they wont ever GET a response, meanwhile they'd happily keep me waiting 10 more days- I filed a dispute with my Visa card as it was used to fund the Paypal purchase, note where it says I will not have to pay the interest on the funds or the amount in dispute during their investigation, so basically the funds are reverted back to my acct WHILE they do their thing, Paypal will sit on their hands for the next 10 days, meanwhile I'll have the funds back and not pay interest on it.

Posts on other forums indicate he just closed as opposed to his previous moving story, and a number of customers appear to be in your shoes. I suggest the people who are out money get together and see if there aren't some kind of fraud charges that can be leveled, always reading about businesses closing and owing customers money, gets old fast.

It also sucks because Scrappy was a good business to deal with and made finding some parts easy. I don't know what really happened. Rick even came on here and partially blamed me for this, saying I should have contacted him when I saw negative remarks so he could handle it as if I had any idea what was going on over there or that he wasn't around or his business was my responsibility. Nothing against him, but we've never had any more of a relationship than some mutual banner advertising and random brief email contact. Well, now it's been quite a while that he's been aware and things have only been worse from what I've been reading. There has been stuff that I've wanted to order, but there's no way. It's like gambling at this point, but it sounds like the odds are really stacked against you. I thought about contacting him, but I can't see how one wouldn't be aware of things at this point. Also, would it prove anything about their current state if I contacted him directly and said I wanted to make an order? IMO no, because one order could be filled promptly and accurately knowing I'd most likely report what happened. It's even odd to me the way Rick spoke about me. He has normally been a good businessman and courteous and good at diffusing things. Suddenly he's angry at the wrong people and nothing seems to be changing for the good. He mentioned family issues, so maybe he's just had a lot on his plate. Either way, it seems to suck for everyone involved.

Been 4 whole months, no one can locate 2 parts I ordered, keep getting the run around, won't refund it over the phone, no calls or letters for anything, or updates on parts. Filing a complaint with the Nevada States attorney generals office this week... also, false advertising on their website, saying parts ARE IN STOCK. Do NOT deal with this business.

Troy Can Wiyo Mni the owner has posted several different stories blaming his employess, family problems etc, has pretty much his entire inventory for sale on CraigsList and claims to be moving his store, he also went back and deleted those posts and a lot of people seem to not be getting their orders or refunds or any response from them.

Must be like this one, it's still defunct, a stalling thing convincing people he was moving and orders delayed, doing thta long enough can get him past the not rec'd chargeback claim window on paypal and credit cards. My card refunded my money back into my account a week ago, they never got any response

WHY would you think he is still in business???

My credit card dispute and paypal dispute both went unresponded to by this clown, that is why I got a refund, how many others have had this same thing happen? I'm seeing Facebook pages and posts elsewhere by people ripped the same way, paid, never rec'd, no response.

Their Ebay page is gone too, the handwriting is on the wall, get your money back from visa or paypal and dont buy from that web site again.


I have just now contacted the actual real estate agent at the location address and inquired from them the status for 1812 W
Sunset Blvd, probably Monday I should hear back on that along with any comments they may have, I detailed why I was inquiring.

I also sent an email to the St George city and Las Vegas business licensing entities that shows that active business license, we'll have some answer soon.
