Welcome to the forum fiber class (they make a fiberclass past stuff that you can duck tape one side and push it in the over) then bondo over it. good luck!

Go to Wal-mart and in their Automotive paint area they carry a small fiber glass repair kit, it comes with the fiber glass cloth and the resin and hardener. Patch it from the inside with this and then use the bondo from the outside. If price is a concern you can but some aluminum tape at your hardware store and use it on the inside and then bondo on the outside. Make sure you get some rubber gloves when working with the fiber glass, if you get the resin/hardener mix on your hands it will burn as it hardens.

i wouldn't do the aluminum tape just seems like after time it will fail, bondo needs something strong to hold onto. i've seen people put cardboard to hold bondo.

I use the 2 part epoxy that you can get at lowes in two 8oz bottles. Mix and apply, dries in 10 minutes, totally cured in a couple of hours. tape over one side of the hole and put the epoxy in with a tongue depressor or plastic knife/spoon.
