So I decided to start my build thread for my Honda elite s, I'm currently stacking up parts got a hell of a deal from a local guy in Maryland that literally has 20+ of mostly every part made for a 94-01 elite, I got a drop in modified front disc brake stem with disc brake hub, brake caliper, and forks, sef variator, spare oem clutch, a trailtech speedometer cluster (the one Brent has on t2) a oem belt all for $100 unbelievable really cool dude and told me if I need anything just let him know, also got a complete Honda tact plastic set and tact handlebars and head set and jdm tailight. Cylinder wise got a Corsa 72cc only thing left to get is carburetor, custom exhaust built to fit 72cc non ported Corsa, and up in the air on rims torn between the rpm alloy rims or getting 2.75 x 10 8 hole clone z50 monkey rims, the bolt pattern on these are 4x90 but a kymco hub bolt pattern is 4x140 so holes in rims will need to be moved and old holes filled in with Tig and sanded smooth,I'm gonna strip entire bike down to frame and paint the frame too so stay tuned and see this scoot go from weak to sleek!!! 😉😉😉😉Oh and thanks too "Pinkscoot" for making this all happen cause with out him it wouldn't be possible

The one in Jessup use to have all sorts of motorcycles near the door after you pay and walk out back. But I was there about a year ago and didn’t see them anymore:(

Buy or borrow a 1/4" left hand drill bit, drill a 1/8 to 3/16" shallow hole in the center of the broken bolt, install LH bit, reverse drill and jamb the bit hard into the pilot hole and bump the trigger,,should come right out!

Ordered a ct manifold from treats not the really cheap one this one had good reviews and also ordered a vforce 3 reed block with Reed's cause I ran them on a kx100 big wheel and seen better throttle response and a little more power, not sure on carburetor really like the polini cp 24 or a oko 26mm from treats

Got a set of decent forks for this build, only thing is that they don't have disc brake bracket holes in them, can any on suggest how I can make one or buy one,I seen one on eBay that looks like it used the axle hole and comes up to where I can mount the caliper here are the forks I got,I'm stripping the paint and gonna try the mirror polish idea like Brent did I like the look

for the monkey rims. if you decide to go that route. you can get a monkey disc brake front hub and from what ive found on the interweb only need to change to the monkey speedo drive, it should work out. what size axle are those forks for the rear, maybe you can talk pitobread into machining 2 of those slick rear hubs out of zx wheels. (I need one too) sounds like it will be a cool build. did you get the black "ct" manifold from treats? I grabbed 2 of them on their last sale. quality looks a lot nicer than the fleabay units. especially like the black exterior coating over the flakey chrome you get on the fleabay manifolds.
