make sure all green wires everywhere have dont have paint under them.
Yes I always earth the cylinder head with a fat copper wire. And run a earth between switches on each side of the handlebars and back to the battery.
I had a starting problem and I tried setting the valve with a feeler gauge and it never started so I just increase the gap on the exhaust valve a bit at a time till it started
It was noisey for a while but its settled down.
I try to run it on 98 octane most of the time cause it runs cooler and hopefully wont get valve stretching hot or is it valve seat recession :lol2:
