You might be able to fit a 12 front. I'd most be concerned with the narrow stem.
For the rear, I have no idea. These short case motors makes me doubt that a 12in rim would work.
If you look up the stem part number, it should give specs on the width. For me and for the purposes I intend to use it for, 10in wheels and the tire selection work for me.
