Hi everybody i just recently finish my build. I bought all brand new parts. I remove the restrictions from the exhaust neck and the silencer , install the exhaust and its making this "vibrating" noise , not like rattle , more like vibration high pitch noise. I removed the exhaust , check if maybe something fell inside while i was removing the restriction, but everything looked fine, i remove the silencer as well and pull everything from inside of it, same - nothing there. In the beginning the silencer was touching slightly the mounting bolts on the bracket , i spaced them out and now nothing is touching ... anybody had the same issue before ? Any solutions ? I will try and make a video of it , i can't promise if you will be able to hear it , since the scooter itself its loud lol. Thank in advance for your advice's .

That's real hard to call... almost sounds like it's coming from the motor to me if you say everything else is tight. Have you run this exact setup without the noise previously? Between the last time you didn't hear the noise and now, what have you changed?

Haven't really changed anything, i had a video of the bike running previously and its less noticeable, it has brand new crank bearings, new crank, new seals , new kit everything is new , what could it be from the motor ?

How does that exhaust bracket mount to the pipe? Rubber insulation bushings. Does it go away holding different spots on the pipe, don’t burn yourself mainly the silencer or mounting area.

Yes with rubber bushings, the only place metal is touching metal is where it mounts to the engine case ...

What Ryan said, try holding different parts of the exhaust and see if it goes away. If it doesn’t, likely that the sound is coming from somewhere else.

Do you guys think is possible my 1/4 gas (needle) is leaning out and its from the engine ? I try holding stuff, same thing , it really sounds like its coming form there, tomorrow i will put a different exhaust and see if there is still noise, if it is i wonder what could it be in the motor ...

Could be a piston ring snagging. Did you gap your rings?

Honestly i did not, i had used a lot of StreetRace kits from Stage6 and never had problem with it ... would the noise get louder in time if the rings are snagging ?

I would assume if they are tight the bike will run hot, and its not .. its running at 188F at WOT

Make sure something external is not causing it, such as your center stand. I have had that happen to me on a couple occasions. I do see your stand is down in the video.
