I've been wanting a table/platform to build scooters on but couldn't find one suitable for my needs. So, I made my own. I'm no carpenter, but it was easier than I thought. Got the wood from lowes and they also cut all the pieces.

That’s a solid build. I’d toss a few of I-bolts on the top for your tie-downs, and maybe think about something to chock the front wheel.
Man I wish I had room for one...

Nice work. Anything that saves your back is worth using.

Well, it didn't collapse or creak even with me sitting on the bike. I beveled the table top edges with an angle grinder and sandpaper wheel lol. Also attached a power strip on the underside of the table. My back is very grateful.

I like the power strip idea. Totally stealing that.
Magnetic trays are a gift from God, and a small lip of 1/4 round on the edge will help keep things from rolling off.

Nice job. Another suggestion, add some locking caster wheels so you can roll it around for 360 access.

Harbor Freight has a pretty good selection of casters.

waaait. I put caster wheels on mine. started out with I think 3" . they got flat , wouldn't roll. I know I have at least 4" now if not 5" from Northern tools. my table is probably heavier though; drawers and shelf below. ton of stuff on it.very heavy table -relatively . double 2x4 legs all the way around ,5/8" top like yours . I'll get pix in a bit .
