Is this an old 80,s scooter. Geoff Yes, I understand that it is old, and the muffler is damaged. Isn't there a resonator for 50cc, for low revs? I want to make a pipe with my own hands, I need the dimensions and diameters of the pipe, but I don’t even know the name of the pipe that fits the characteristics.

Yeah your a little hidden away here, start a build thread to keep the info in one place and members can follow your progress,I have a Yamaha from 1988 and can still find parts for it,a Honda won,t be that difficult they must have churned out a few thousand and used the engine across a wide range a models I would start with the part number and search from there, you will be lucky to find the dimensions listed anywhere.

Geoff I do not want the pipe that comes from the factory in the original. I want to make a resonator, but I don’t know which one is suitable for 50cc and for low revs

I guess I wasn't paying attention on YouTube. Didn't even realize it was you that I directed over here. The thread that I linked you to should help. It is posted again below just in case. Most of the stuff in there is pretty race-oriented. The Leo Vince ZX for a Zuma 50 info may be of some use. They usually peak around 9,000RPM and work for 50-70cc street/sport stuff. Something like a Yasuni Z would be good, but no one has measured one out for us. The info from Minarelli engines should apply OK. I'd imagine distance from the piston to the pipe would be similar or close enough. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/10395/stroke-pipe-building-information?page=1

Which of these options do you think will be better? leovince zx leovince tt giannelli reverse Yasuni z Or are there any other pipe options? Before starting to build a pipe, I would like to make sure that the option that I chose is the best for 50cc and for low revs, I don’t need maximum speed, but I need a jerk

All 4 of these pipes will keep you under 10 k rpms they all have expansion pipes so you will have that hit when you rev into the power band . All 4 are proven designs. When you dig into pipes you will see that a few look exactly like each other from different brands . The pipes are built at the same plant just rebadged . Malossi and Gianelli have similar pipes for example .
For one more pipe design that is easier to fab up with very good results . YMS V8 is on the last page I helped build a honda elite awhile back we put a V8 type pipe on there . That pipe hits really low and made it want to wheelie . It still revved up to 9k plus rpms . The pipe was very easy to set up the stock rollers and springs worked very well. It gave me a whole different outlook on pipes instead of buying a expansion pipe I went with the halfwave pipes on my vinos . Since I was looking for take off over Top end and easy cvt set up . I bought the malossi wild lion/polini speed/ginanelli go style .
We did a few more things too that elite it a corsa bbk and variator and upgears 58 mph on those little tires was exciting to say the least .

Are you sure it will work on 50cc? I do not need high revs and maximum speed, the main thing for me is that the scooter has maximum power at the start. And yet, I was embarrassed that it was signed as a BWS 100, so I thought that it was for 100cc, which means it doesn’t suit me Or am I mistaken?

Is the exhaust port fully open . On Stock minny they keep it half closed as a restriction it cuts down on low end torque and keeps rpms down. Not sure on kits for that scoot so I would be careful unless i came across salvaged cylinder to swap in or a 70cc kit I would hate to have you end up with just a lawn ornament instead of a running scoot . Minor mods for results A proper pipe does alot all by itself Exhaust port polishing and opening up to match new exhaust. Deck the head for increased compression a little increase does a lot .
You definetely got the skillz after looking at your vids on youtube so go ahead and put a 70 cc kit on .

Now if you are confident in your skills a 70 cc up grade is so worth it I checked the exhaust window opens 100% So which pipe should I choose? I got giannelli rekord sizes today

V8 pipe would be my first choice . If you were fabbing your own you could use you the head pipe of your exhaust .
A second choice would be to cut yours open and remove any baffles so it flows better .
Just make sure you get some jets for your carb that are in a range of you current size to at least 10%-15% bigger . When you get a better flowing exhaust you will need to have richer jets .
