V8 pipe would be my first choice . If you were fabbing your own you could use you the head pipe of your exhaust . A second choice would be to cut yours open and remove any baffles so it flows better . Just make sure you get some jets for your carb that are in a range of you current size to at least 10%-15% bigger . When you get a better flowing exhaust you will need to have richer jets . Something I do not like V8, I would like a resonator Some of such pipes as Yasuni z, leovince tt, giannelli reverse, technigas next-r, and others like that. But I don’t know which one to choose, so I turned to the forum for help.

Yasuni z is really nice . Leo vince has all the measurements in the pipe data base for you to copy .

Now I'm even more confused, I see that Leovince tt and Yasuni Z show good results But Yasuni z continues to operate at higher speeds. But I do not know what speed my old Honda AB07 I doubt that the AB07 engine will spin more than 8000 rpm, on this basis, it turns out that the best choice is the Leovince TT?

The street pipes are so much easier to set up on low rpm set ups . They match the port timing of stock cylinders better . Now based on this article The Honda Aero in the states is the same as the Honda Tact. www.motorscooterguide.net/Honda/Aero50/Aero50.htmlYou have upgrade options for both 70 cc and Exhaust on this platform . I would just verify measurements before ordering parts . Based on th stock speeds it probably just touches 8000 rpms but no more .

Sorry to hijack the thread, but it’s awesome to see you here samodel ! I watch a ton of your videos! You’re extremely skilled and the most resourceful mechanic I’ve ever seen. Pleasure to have you here!
Everyone, if you haven’t checked out his YouTube channel, give it a good once over. This guy does things a little differently than Some May be used to, but no one can argue his results. Extremely talented guy.

And... not sure if he's seen the thread or not, but 190mech may have some input on the situation.

street pipes are non expansion chamber v8 ,malossi wild lion ,tecnigas silent pro ,Stage 6 street
you will just need to get some clutch springs so you engine will spin up in the power band before it takes off. Some lighter weights so you can get it to hold rpms in the power band which is around 8k rpm for the leo vince

Thank you guys, but I still don’t understand which pipe to choose? I need the name of the pipe, and I will try to find the dimensions for self-manufacturing Well, let's decide together, is Leovince tt a good choice? or should I choose another? Street pipes are not interested, I would like a resonator so that the effect is for sure, and in general I like a sound that looks like a two-cycle cross motorcycle ❤

Here is the databases with the length of the cones and sections for the Leo Vince pipes to give you something to start with 190 mech is the the best guy to discuss pipe building with. Here is where the dimension are 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/1391?page=1The directory on the left and side of the page is how I got to the exhaust pipe database. I used A leo vince pipe for a resonator type pipe it is extremely popular because of the performnace gains for stock builds and will work nicely with Big Block Kits . So I would vote Yes for Leo Vince In the states they are hard to come by so we all go in other directions for pipes .

I found a book of the USSR, that's what it says FORCING CLASS engines up to 50 cm3 Technical characteristic; engine power 3.5—4 l. with. at 6000–6500 rpm, the cylinder diameter is 38 mm, the piston stroke is 44 mm, the compression ratio is 13, the cylinder head has a mixed sphere (“jockey cap”), the ignition timing is 1.1–1.6 mm to VM .. gasoline with an octane rating of at least 90 (AI-93, AN-98. B-91, B-95); oil; MS-20 in a ratio of 1: 25 with gasoline, a carburetor with a diffuser diameter of 16-17 mm is installed at a distance of 120 mm from the cylinder mirror. The length of the intake tract is 180mm. A candle with a glowing number of 280-300. The cylinder scan, head and exhaust system are shown in Fig. 64. All the above recommendations are also suitable for special sports motorcycles up to 50 cm3 . Silencer Material - Sheet Steel 0.8 mm. Make round cheeks of the crankshaft followed by filling epoxy resin dredged metal under balancing. The Sh-53 engine, produced in small series. Technical characteristic: after break-in and adjustment maximum power 4 l. with. at 7000 rpm; diameter cylinder 40 mm, piston stroke 39.6 mm. Custom made shirt and head cylinder with increased cooling area allows you to maintain a constant power during forced operation (Fig. 65). K-31 carburetor with a diffuser diameter of 17 mm. The compression ratio is 11.5. Head with shifted sphere - "jockey cap". Ignition timing 2.2-2.3 mm to m.t. Candle PAL 14-13 or identical to it. Inlet length to carburetor 100 mm The Sh-55 engine brought to VNIIMotoprom. Technical specifications: maximum power 6.16 hp at 7150 rpm; cylinder diameter :; 40 mm., Stroke piston 39.5 mm. Ignition timing 1.6 mm to VMT Compression ratio 13.5, head with offset sphere. Paper air filter TsKB or "Java-350". K55 carburetor with a diffuser diameter of 20 mm. The length of the pipe to the carburetor is 100 mm. Ignition off magdino MG-55 K. The clearance in the chopper is 0.3 mm. AI-98 gasoline - 60% and B-70-40% (it turns out a mixture with an octane number of 80). MS-20 oil in a proportion of 1:25 with gasoline. Piston with two steel chrome rings, ring thickness 1 mm.
