Hi SA! Here is what I calculated;  I like the Penton style muffler as it makes that great 2 stroke ping-ping sound and is a bit quieter than the straight through silencers..I have a drawing on page 2 here; 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/10395/stroke-pipe-building-information?page=2Cheers! A low rpm pipe will be long!You can curve it with little change(look at the MX pipes!)...

Correct me if I’m wrong [mention]190mech [/mention], but the pipe you made for Brent has a similar bend?
And we’ve seen exactly how that one stacks up against high dollar factory made pipes. Very well.

I had a tecnigas next r on my 50 cc zuma
It has very similar performance to the Leo Vince zx as far as peak rpms and power band .
It is peaks 9300 rpms .
