You can really see the difference in build quality between the next R and the Yasuni R. To be honest if I had never tried better pipes. And went from a standard pipe to the next R. I would of been happy with it. How does something like the silent pro compare to the next R?

Oh nice, you got the silent pro! I’m definitely interested in how it compares to those other pipes. I was really tempted, and honestly still am, to get the Yasuni R or Tecnigas Triops but just really concerned about the noise level in my neighborhood which is why I ended up settling for the silent pro. Would have also considered the wild lion but at the time I didn’t know about that one yet.

I have run recently the next r malossi wild lion Yasuni r and now tonight the silent pro . On a malossi cylinder and Athena Cylinder I had ported the malossi cylinder so top end power was very similar to Athena The Athena spins up faster and has better take off.
Top speed Yasuni R 55-58 mph Tecnigas Next R ,Tecnigas Silent Pro,Malossi Wild lion 52-54 mph The Yasuni Hits the Highest Rpm with Power. The Other 3 are very close to each other
Acceleration Yasuni R Malossi Wild Lion,Tecnigas Next R Tecnigas Silent Pro With the trans tuned The wild lion and next r are very close The silent pro doesnt have as much low end punch .
Set Up Yasuni R Wide power bands I have been able to use 5 grams to 6 grams medium or hard clutch springs . Next R Narrow power band 5.25 to 5.75 grams medium or hard clutch springs Wild Lion 5.5 grams to 6.5 grams light or medium clutch springs Tecnigas Silent Pro 5.5 grams and 6 grams medium clutch springs
The Wild lion and Yasuni are easiest to set up wider power band. The Next R and Silent pro are narrower and peakier this helps them perform at the top of there class .
Yasuni is the best pipe and will grow into mid race builds . It pushes 10 k rpms with power The other 3 pipes are very close . Wild lion for ease of set up for trans and and it is the easiest to mount since you can adjust the brackets . The tecnigas fit the zuma but was tight to fit it may be a notch faster on the top end maybe a mile better The Next R has adjustable brackets and is a mile or 2 faster than the other 2. Peak Rpms with my butt dyno for the 3 pipes Next R 9500-9600 Silent Pro 9200-9600 Malossi Wild Lion 9100-9400

Thanks for the detailed comparison! I assume noise level was very similar for the wild lion, silent pro, and next r?
Just FYI when I was looking at the Yasuni R I messaged Scooter Tuning about noise between it and the Tecnigas Triops and they said the Triops is not as loud with stock air box but the Yasuni R is more powerful.

The next r is louder than both the wild lion and silent pro . The yasuni is deeper and throatier sounding than the next r . The Next r is higher pitched All expansion pipes are loud and when the silencer packing goes they get really loud .
I would buy either street pipe over the Next R easier to set up quieter similar performance cheaper price . The Yasuni R is a great pipe and is worth the extra money . It just requires more dialing in on the trans and a carb upgrade is a good idea
As far as the silent pro I have the clutch springs dialed in malossi yellows at the stiffest setting The clutch engages above 5000 rpm I had tried reds that engage above 6300 rpms That was upper end of where it felt right. For most regular clutches this would be medium strength to hard .
Still working on the variator weights 6 gram sliders peak out at 9400 rpms . They feel like they are on the upper end for my set up . I tried 5.5 gram initially and they felt like the Bottom end of range . I will finish the variator after the clutch .
Ran out of time The delta clutch takes time to work through the settings . I have set the right spring and tension. I might swap in the lighter race weights in the clutch or shift the current weights to dial the clutch in tighter. And raise engagement a few hundred rpm

The 6 gram sliders on a 2 mile wide open run 53.5 mph one way and 50.5 mph the other So call it a 52 mph average .
Swapped in the 5.5 gram sliders It was late so I could not see the tach . Totally tuned by feel Just for take off and 0-30 mph .
The 5.5 grams really make it spunkier . The delta clutch with the standard weight in wheelie position ,stiffest settings, yellow spring is very close to perfect. With the 6 gram weights the takeoff was not as good because the variator was shifting before the clutch engaged.
I will high speed run 5.5 grams tomorrow.

I found the Yasuni R was 8MPH faster than the next R I had on my vertical Minarelli. With a wider power band. So similar to what you found.

The Yasuni R is a way better pipe than the Next R . If someone is going to buy a First Expansion pipe They should stretch there wallet to the Yasuni R or Z . Over the lower priced exhausts . They are easier to set up with the wide power band and grow up and match more cylinders powerbands The Z would match the power or surpass it . The R would be more powerful than all of them .
The Next R is a nice pipe best in the lower priced exhausts readily available . It fits where the Leo Vince Zx was a up grade for a 50 cc and worked on 70 cc
Under 10 k rpms Build low to mid 9's I would buy a Street Pipe Wild lion or the Tecnigas Silent Pro or Yasuni Z If I wanted to build that could Drift Over 10 k Yasuni R If I wanted to Live above 11k Rpms Yasuni C 16
I have tried but not set up other pipes Stage 6 Pro Replica ,Polini Team They have plenty of power innarrower power bands ,That makes them more of a ON/Off switch going street light to streetlight But the Top end is Fun

I liked the pro replica. But it really teaches you to setup the CVT. 😁 even 0.25g made a difference. Would do over 50MPH on the Aerox cylinder. When I put the street race on it improved it everywhere. Especially on take Off.

Ran 5.5 grams same road in both directions 51.9 mph and then 53.6 mph So it Looks like 52 to 53 mph is where she settles in paired with the Athena Kit 5.5 grams shifts at 8300 rpms and peaks at 9400-9500 rpms . 6 grams is a touch heavy 5.75 to 5.25 is where I would stay between . The clutch needs to be set in the 5500 -6000 range for take off . Which would be medium to hard clutch springs She runs about 20 degrees less at peak temps .

Spent a little time ripping around with new pipe . I have put 70 miles on it . The trans Tune is dilaed for Delta clutch yellow spring stiffest position standard weight in the wheelie position. Gives great take off. The 5.5 grams sliders in the variator are giving full travel . With the Yasuni R I was running a 90 mikuni which was one jet below gurgling A tad rich but Ok With the Silent Pro I sounded a little deep and rich So I Dropped a jet size to 87.5 . Temps were still good Leveled off in the the 330's I did pick up a little snap and top speed . I ran 53.8 the other way on the same flat 1 mile stretch So it pushes over 53 now
