I just bought a 2011 Peace Sport tpgs 810 and the rear wheel wobbles while im riding and on the center stand. The rim isent bent. Could it be because i only have one shock absorber on side by the air filter?

Check the center bolt on the wheel before making another inch on that bike... If that is tight it might be the bearings in the gearbox that needs replacement. The single shock has nothing to do with it as long as it sits firm and are in good condition.

Also check the rear wheel bearings for play.

The bearings are good and the center bolt is tight. The splines on the center of the rim are pretty worn down, could that possibly be whats causing the wobble? Also the rim is rubbing on the gearbox cover, its a 13 inch rim, do i have the wrong size?

Wheel, splines, drive shaft, bearings, and loose bolt come to mind. If the bearings are tight, such that you cannot wobble the output/drive shaft where the wheel is mounted, then the wheel and spline(wear) come to mind. A 13" wheel is the largest fitted to my knowledge. If it is the correct wheel, then it should not make a difference. If the hub of the wheel does not fit the spline properly, it can allow the whole wheel to wobble. Check spline fit without tightening the nut. It should slide on and allow minimal motion if you try to rock it back and forth, grabbing at 9 and 3 o'clock, and at 6 and 12 o'clock. If it moves, spline wear in the hub of the wheel, the spline on the output shaft, or an incorrect fit are likely. tom

When i use my rear brake while on the center stand it kills the scooter, and it wont start if rear brake is applied.

Check it the rear brake light is coming on. Scooters should only start if the brake is applied. The switch can go bad, so the bike thinks no brake is being used.

If i use the front brake the scooter starts fine but it wont while using the rear brake. The brake light works when i use rear brake.

Aron you are saying when your bike is running on center stand and you apply the rear brake the bike shuts off? sounds like your clutch is either stuck engaged, or you have a really bad short when you apply rear brake the bike shuts off.

If he had a really bad short the brake light probably would not come on. Otherwise I would suggest checking the clutch.
Does the rear wheel stop rotating when the scoot is at idle on the center stand?

I got a new rim and tire and it doesn't wobble anymore. Thanks for the help! Must have been the center spline...
Remember, loose/worn engine mounts can cause a lot of rear wheel wobble.

Yeah the wheel will still spin when idling but if i put the rear wheel on the ground or squeeze the rear brakes, it kills it
