Funny you asked about tire size because I'm because I am currently running AA tall walled 10" on the back and and a low profile somewhat 12" on the front I had to do that in order to use my 4 piston caliper break I've been looking for a 12" rear wheel that will fit Piaggio But have still yet to find any I mean I think maybe A125 Typhoon 4 stroke possibly but for the most part it seems the 12" tires have Rear disk So if anybody knows where I could find a 12" drum rear wheel that would work let me know

homie...take the time to tune your engine before you ride, or this will happen everytime.
I'm glad you are relatively okay; please take the time to work out your scooters gremlins

I won an auction for this Piaggio skipper 12 inch rear wheel. it looks exactly like the 125 typhoon wheels and the same design as my typhoon 10inch wheel, so I am assuming this will fit , aerox bud whatcua think?

Looks very similar to my typhoon wheel. It's 140mm drum, and a 20mm spline. Piaggio do seem to share parts a lot. I took some pictures for you.

thanks airbud! yah it seems that the 125 skipper and 125 typhoon shared the same exact wheel size/style maybe they were the same bike just named different in other countries? only difference between this and the typhoon 125 rear tire which was also available at roughly same price, was that the tread or rubber on the skipper version was Street oriented with lower profile 130 70 12 . no knobs like the typhoons I'm 99.99 percent sure it will fit like a glove after all this block was from a derbi Atlantis that had 12inch wheels to begin with. 8 also came up on a whole new front end with wheel and steering stem it looks like a perfect fit but with a much better more sturdy design and straight as bell so once j swap that out will be my first time swaping any front end before and add the 220mm disk plus the 12 inch rear I will be gliding on air and have excellent stopping power.

We got the skipper here. It wasn't very popular, only selling 2,296. Between 1998 and 2005. It's different to the typhoon.

okay so it turned out for the best, I'm practically all healed up, definitely got lucky besides enough raspberries for a smoothie my fractured pinky just healed on its own now need for anything but tape for the first month. out of it my moped is receiving the makeover that I have wanted for long time.
the person who hit me was smart enough to pay for new panels, mirrors, or any other part damaged in the accident. does it matter that I had already busted my panels prior no, he's lucky that I'm a nice guy and he turned out as ut to be a decent as I could have hoped for , because when 8 was showing him all the damage done (mainly my seat bucket and a custom kicker that was bent so far you couldn't start it. he just said, sure whatever needs to be replaced just tell me what it costs and I'll cover it , because I know absolutely nothing about mopeds... any way I have so far just ordered all the killer Booster (old vert. prebugg 6uma) panels except for the one that surrounds the seat as I will use a mint fiberglassed rexy fairing for that. 8 talked to the man from Motorsource and I'm grabbing a new bucket for 40. my design was going to be white /black with Italian pin stripes but I may end up doing something else. for sure though I know that my front radiator originally for a cpu cooling system that is black will be going we're the lights would go in front , the front fairing is white with black undercowl and I'm going to paint the malossi♤ lion♤ in white on the rad☆.

I have one important question for my 49cc family. what exhaust ? and has anyone ordered from rdd preparation? these pipes are something I can actually afford, I wanted a c21 but they are nonexistent in Piaggio format anywhere, I found some nice looking pipes some by makers I've never heard of but everyone and anyone chime in on which pipe would suit my build best, staying with stock iggy, currently runs a yasuni r but my cylinder demands more.
