We actually designed that 50mm kit for small bore 4t drag racing builds on a wet shot. Well now you have to spray it. It would be irresponsible to deviate from the manufacturer's intended use. It's like when I get parts in that say "for racing use"... I don't dare not dust off four strokes at every stop light I find them at. A lot of people think I enjoy it, but it's strictly out of obligation to the manufacturer. Pro Tip : Should you ever get parts that say "for racing use ONLY" or "NOT for street use", you peel those stickers off and burn them or scribble out the "ONLY" or the "NOT".

Also good luck with the new shop! Always need more scoot shops.
Is yours off of Peachtree, over by the church? (Man I crack myself up!!)
For those who have never been to Atlanta, there are IIRC 47 different Peachtree streets, and more churches than sheep in New Zealand.

We used a small bore Nitrous Express wet setup. I've still got it around here somewhere... I'll see if I can find it and get some images or details. It's been a while since we went racing, so we haven't had reason to dig it out. Matt

Matt Don't tell Brent you have one for "race use only." You know what he's like! 😯

During my break today I went into the thinking corner. (Hence the mess there, it gets.. chaotic) But I was able to use most of the OG stud pattern on the head. I will cut the box down so i have a throttle stop. I will eventually use a different carb box, this is more a proof of concept.

I am struggling with a vision for the paint/overall look of the bike. I cant see it being cool. Anyone have any ideas? Parts Parts Parts! Still missing a few minor things. After Work Burnout.

I do have a video coming, but in the meantime, y'all get first view. It was a rainy, miserable day. Good day for a burnout before it gets torn apart (See video above) Once the engine was loose, I mocked it up to fit the longer Kymco Bitubo shocks I have, but keep the same clearance. I needed to add 3 inches to the subframe swingarm. Fast forward some fabrication stuff. I tacked it in place and rough mounted it. IT IS NOT DONE. I will add reinforcements and some fancy metal work (at least what my newbie metalworker ass considers fancy) But that is it for today, I will finish up the swingarm tomorrow.
