wow what a cylinder! seven transfers and bridged exhaust port WITH auxilary exhaust ports , was this kit meant for a minarelli looks like a dirt bike or quad with thoose ports. if it was intended for a mina i doubt you will need a new exhaust as the one you have is the bees nees. i know im not helping you out alot with this post but i am watching closely and intently good luck.

A lot of serious setups seem to go with the KX reeds. The bigger volume must help. I had the stage 6 over range on my Aerox. Worked really well, but I have not tried the Malossi for comparison. Might be worth looking at prices.

Might be worth looking at prices. The Stage6 one is 249€ but it doesnt fit the bidalot crank. I dont know if you can get a 16mm smooth ramp plate and bushing for it, i havent found one atleast. The malossi steel kit is 260€ but you cant get the 16mm stuff for it. La furia rossa is 317€ and i already have the 16mm stuff for it.

I think its all built for minarelli engine, the 2012 version was a straight copy of a minarelli am6 engine so the ports didnt really match up. This version seems to be built for this engine.

Construction of the LFR rear pulley is better. I had to spend some time with mine to get it working as well as the old steel kit. I would have never guessed that the steel pulleys were an issue till one ripped apart at the welds while I rode. If not for that, I'd just get the steel kit, but the risk of pulley failure would be more likely to increase with high power setups. Could be that I get different results than others because I'm much heavier than most scoot tuners, so maybe the LFR is the better kit or at least equal out of the box for many.
S6 is the only other kit that I recall, though some other companies do make individual components. I know 2FAST makes a larger rear pulley. Polini makes rear pulleys too, but I don't know if they're any larger. I like the idea of a full matched kit though.

Need help choosing a contra spring. I had the malossi red one with the 86cc tpr but i think it was too light. Straight after starting the engine it worked fine but after warming up it took a second to take off. The red one was +40% and i tried stage6 hard (+50%) and had no difference. How strong contra spring i need? Then i need a light and compact electric waterpump, preferably under 50€/60$. Has anyone used a electric waterpump?
