Nice clutch I actually like my old fly clutch better than the delta for a street pipe . The delta is jut over kill with all the combos. Its just so easy just swap springs in the fly clutch and move on . I am betting medium springs are perfect for that pipe. You are really building a sweet prebug . I have a stage 6 street on my shelf that I am hoping I can make work with my new scoot . Just been out and yeah the white spring are spot on, front end is lifting on full throttle from a stand still

I have done the front lower lip on the front panel that was just painted in that midnight sky colour. I’ll post a pic of that later if I get it bolted back up tonight

Hi, I've just signed up to the forum and read through your build, really nice work and like others have said looks tidier than from the factory!
I'm also in the UK and I've just picked up a couple of fairly rough 1989 Prebugs that I'm hoping I can bring back to life.
Where did you find some of the rarer parts?
Cheers, Roger

What parts are you looking for? Have you started a build thread ?

I’m actually still waiting for the courier to drop the scoots off so not exactly sure yet but I’ll probably need a speedo and headset plastics, airbox and pipes, a seat, I’d like to get a lot of OEM stuff if I can but obviously realize that many parts are discontinued so I’ll have to go hunting for NOS or used parts.
I’ll create a build thread once I start work on them, these will be long term though, I run a small vintage scooter business and the customer scooters always get looked at before any of my own stuff 😬
