New project girl , she's gonna need a lot of love ,but will live again . A friend bought her from the yard , no keys or anything ,obviously laid down , he tried to.hot wire it, but has about 6 other projects , and just gave it to me, it's supposed to be solid mechanically , it just needs the wiring fixed , a new stator assembly , and put back together ,and body parts . Kymco people's 50 2 smoke , these are supposed to be the fast ones ,with minor work , it's built like a tank . I'm looking for a few odd pieces in addition to the body parts , such as the extended buddy seat ,that was made for it. Can someone tell me how to add photos ?

I've got to track down the buddy seat, it's supposed to move the luggage rack backwards , normally I'll ride by myself , but we've got so many nearly empty back roads here ,I'll be able to take my wife sometimes

Yea it's mechanically solid , other then the stator missing , I've got the cover and flywheel , and stupid crap , like the float bowl missing . I'm searching for scooter yards, as it's newer ,and I may be able to find some of the larger plastics ,lights etc. When I get it up and running , items like the Polini variator and a good tuned exaust are in the future , they are supposed to hit 48 stock , with the exaust restriction and variator restrictor removed , I love the Italian style bikes , even though it's Taiwan you can tell where the style came from

Got one at the shop. Runs great, and will hit 50 mph on GPS. This one has an electrical gremlin, so trying to find a new harness.
They’re super picky about the carb setup, but the rest is straight forward.

the stock fuel petcock/fuel filter was super finicky on the one i helped a friend with. weird plastic seal broke. just needed to be replaced with something more standard.

Front forks were bent ,so I ordered a complete used triple tree and forks ,should be here in a couple of weeks

Is there an online guide to setting up the carb , oil injector pump settings ? It's got that dual throttle cable |

Does anyone know what they call the pieces around the headlight it's just rattling around in there, I've found a lot of the plastic pieces on eBay the instrument half is OK, but the half that holds the light, is trash
