Some serious money and tech to make a 50cc engine to over 90mph. Ex GP125 chassis and Magnesium, carbon wheels must make for razor sharp handling. Interesting that a few use white power suspension. They have not been called that for a long time.

I think WP suspension is/was Dutch company and the founders some country folk, totally unaware of what white power means in the rest of the world or at least America... I about lost my stomach just watching...
I did have to listen to a B-17 start up afterward just to give my heart and ears a rest.

Thanks for posting this, they are Bad A** I really wish we had something like that over here. There’s YSR racing in different areas of the country. I have fond memories of pushing one around the canyons at a far too high rate of speed. It’s such a little bike that you could really throw it into the corners much harder than bigger bike could - barely had to let off the throttle. Guys on Ninjas (this was the late 80s) couldn’t understand how I could keep up.

Hello. the am6 is a nice engine. the highest 50cc am6 i had on dyno did arround 19hp on the wheel, thats impressiv! The most impressiv 50cc engine to me is the Kreidler Florett engine from 1957. 1958 the tuning starts XD. The engine was build for 50-60km/h moped´s in Europe. 1962 That engine tuned wins the europen champenchip with 12hp and a top speed of 135km/h 1968 a man from netherlands begins to tune the shit out of that engine´s. AC he did 14hp 1968 1969 the cylinder was wattercooled and did 16hp and a top speed of 160km/h thats 100mph! the same engine was youst in the europen champenchip from 1958 to 1984 or 1985 1980 was peak. the engine dide 22.5hp @ 17000rpm and the topspeed was OVER 210km/h driven by Eugenio Lazzarini on the drag of SPA Eugenio Lazzarini was 1980 Wourld champion on a 50cc Kreidler Van Veen! Remember a moded stock 1957 build engine block! REF: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_Veende.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eugenio_Lazzarinifor fun a video the history of the Kreidler van veen. @ 1:20min that old man Mr. van Veen is my hero! Hey made 22.5hp out of a stock 4hp 50cc engine fron 1958! without calculator/PC/CNC/CAD/AIR FLOW chats/Inlet airspeed/Piston temp/exhaust gas temp and all thats other shit/knowledge we now have. www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAa_Gbiv4t4so an AM6 50cc with 20-21hp is 40 years after that nothing special to me.

stays above 13,000 RPM pretty much the whole time. I think the gauge went yellow around there. pretty cool stuff.
