I got the Malossi brake pads today, I think the NCY fork legs get here tomorrow and some day next week the NCY rear shock gets here. Lol I've changed every single part other than the crank, ignition system, and front caliper now and I havent even titled it. I wonder how this is going to ride with the upgraded suspension. I literally can not wait to really ride this thing.

How did you install the gear up kit? All the Youtube videos seem to involve replacing a longer shaft, but this kit doesn't have a shaft. Just the two gears pictured here... link
Do you have to press one or two gears?

You need to take your gearbox apart and knock out the axle for the rear wheel and the secondary gear set that meshes with it. Once you see these parts altogether it should be pretty self explanatory and yes someone will need to press them apart and press these new parts on to them.

Got the ncy suspension in today. Heading over to the storage unit to install Now. Does anyone know which direction you turn this collar to increase or reduce rebound?

I think that collar is only for preload on the spring

I think that collar is only for preload on the spring Nah preload is from the top collar. Im an alignment technician by trade, I do corner balancing on racecars. Ive set so many cars up with coil overs. Needless to say, I figured it out lol.

I got the Stage 6 fuel meter installed, speedometer sensor set up and calibrated, and front fender back on. Did a rip on the road and hit 50+ mph quick! This thing is crazy fast! Rpms hit 10500 by 50 mph. I need to bring the revs down a hair or I'll be ordering that athena or jasil crank sooner than I had hoped to... temps are still too low on WOT (275f max this time).

Im happy for your success jkeney! Now you just got stung by the 2 stroke bug .

275f seems pretty low considering that i tune to 350f.
10,500 rpm doesn't seem that bad. Most performance shops here on Oahu told me that Cinarelli cranks were good to 11k rpm. Ran a mid race bore on my Chinarelli and i held up fine. Your Buddy is Taiwan, much much better quality than Chinarelli.

I got the headlight wired up today. Used 12v under nose cone and and frame grounded. I used male and female connectors to make taking the light and nose cone off. Connectors out side the like nostral in the nose cone and connectors on the inside of the cone. Two peices of wire just travel with the nose cone when you need to get inside for anything.
