What happened to the OEM headlight assy? I did a naked bar setup with a trailtech vapor, and a stage 6 fuel meter. Mounted the led pod on the nose cones front bolt. Didnt drill any holes except a toggle for the light in the leg sheild.  |

Tagged and titled!
I rode around and used up a whole tank of gas. Ran to the gas station once I got back and grabbed oil, mixing bottle, and gas can. I swear it cut off as I was pulling into the station. Lol.
Top speed recorded was 63mph at 10600 rpms.
Top temp recorded was 350 f on the nose.
Cruising temps are between 290 and 310 f.
Changed clutch springs from malossi white to malossi yellows. Changed from 5.5 to 6.5 gram weights.

Sounds like you got a solid tune and High performing Beast.
60 plus mph is a big achievement.

Did you have to press 2 gears for the gear up kit? Or just one?

Did you have to press 2 gears for the gear up kit? Or just one? I had to press on off of the axle and the secondary had to be pressed off and small on pressed in its place. |

Now it all makes sense. I found a motorcycle shop to press the gears, but they seemed clueless about the process and I know the Buddy is different then the Zuma and GY6, which is what most videos show. |
