Heyya , I'm new on forums. Name's Alvis. I'm here to up some knowledge about scooters As for thread subject , I have this ZNEN KILLER BEE CUSTOM scooter And I have done a 100cc kit conversion on it ,Glixal Clutch with red center spring , naraku vario housing with unknown weight rollers which came together with the whole aliexpress kit
And I also did repaint it with matte black color , not the most best work , but it was kinda dark , cold and yeah. All the oils are brand new ,engine oil got changed even twice because of faulty carb which flooded the oil with gas. So the carb that came with it was no good (stuck float? the gasoline was pouring out of air filter if accelerated hard.. :/ Now I bought a 24mm carb with the intake and put an aftermarket air filter. But there is a weird problem.... On full throttle it will not accelerate smooth and whilst holding it full open after a certain while engine will bog and then after it recover and keep slowly increasing rpm's. As if driving 3/4 of throttle is smoother. Also, sometimes ,not always on a sudden quick jerk on the gas it drops rpm's below as wanting to shut off but then recovers... This is the picture of ignition spark. I can't be certain to tell if it's good or 'hot and rich' What'd you guys think ? And for the last I have also recorded the sound what is made when this bogging occurs. (Starting with 17.seconds Maybe I should try to fit some sort of 18,5mm carb with just the stock air box? Cheers! Nice to meet everyone

Sounds like you need to check carb float and maybe ditch the vacuum petcock. Did you rejet at all? And you should look into the belt travel and decide if the weights are correct. You might be leaving alot of potential out if you dont at least check the travel. Welcome to the forum.

My suspicion was that it should be down jetted , as stock 125cc is still not 100cc engine displacement. Is the jet thread size M5? Would 100-110 kit be enough for the benchmark ? Hmm, the rollers are the one's which came in the upgrade kit and clutch is glixal 'performance' , still not gonna joke ,the acceleration to 20-40 is pretty decent even with two persons load. So no complaints there. Also ,I have a NARAKU RACING belt on it , but how do I check the belt travel? p.s here's some info about the actual scooter

Welcome to the forum. It sounds rich to me. But hard to be sure without hearing it in person. Some of the problem is, you have changed so much stuff at once. It's hard to know how this effects something else. you should only really change one thing at a time.

no insult intended; it's pretty cool looking all matte black; a scooter version of the batmobile

You check belt travel by doing a Sharpie test: draw two or three thick lines with a Sharpie or other permanent marker from the center of the variator to the outer radius.
After doing a few full speed runs, take the CVT cover back off and see how far the belt has traveled up the variator. You want to get pretty for up there, but not go over (obviously).
