What an awesome gift. Really enjoyed the video. But can't help but be disappointed that it wasn't a big NOS bottle. T2 would of finely fulfilled the YouTube comments potential power.

I sharpen my tungsten as you did 90GTVert. I will continue to sharpen them that way. I usually chuck them up in a cordless drill and spin the tungsten while touching it to the grinder I do a bunch at a time because I tend to dip the tungsten in the weld pool a lot. Good eye protection and a mask are a must and I usually wear my gloves while sharpening them. Be careful of the tungsten dust, it's nasty and piles up quickly. I picked up a old but NIB sears 5" bench grinder. Purchased a cheap, small diamond wheel for one side of the grinder that is used exclusively for sharpening the tungsten I use for aluminum welding. On the other side is a very fine stone for sharpening the tungsten used for welding steel.

Good and informative video,I tried to learn to weld in my garage before the internet age I gave up and now regret letting the arc welder go to the scrap yard.I did notice that "man " thing of not reading the instruction book which far to easy. Geoff

I gave away my AC/DC stick welder to my daughter when my hands got shaky real bad. She donated it to the farm she worked on. I still have a flux core welder.

I did notice that "man " thing of not reading the instruction book which far to easy. Geoff I absolutely wanted to read the instruction manual. It just didn't have much of use in it. I read what little it said about setup, basically just telling to use DC-. Otherwise it was all warning about being electrocuted and such. I'm not too bright, but I can at least stay out of puddles of water while I weld and such. I've still got the manual for the Hobart welder in the toolbox and I've had it for years. The TPR manual is on my shelf and I'm 51 videos and I forget how many pistons into that series. The YesWelder manual probably won't be that long out of the recycling bin.

1 good thing led to another for me. YesWelder saw the video that I did about the TIG welder and contacted me, saying they'd like to work with me. I asked how. They said they wanted to send me a plasma cutter to do a video about. OK! I received no payment, but I got the plasma cutter totally free and was allowed to share my honest opinions. youtu.be/NNDe9_mtUt8

Wow! Free stuff, well not entirely since you must produce a video, but a great deal. You are doing well, I cant even post a picture of anything anymore.
Great video!

COOL! Looks like a better machine than the one I bought 8 years ago..220v would wake up both machines,,do you have a clothes dryer outlet near by? ~60-75ft. I guess that's about a $200 extension cord, plus hearing how my welder is screwing up laundry routines. I was thinking about 220 the other day, but it's not something that I could do properly myself the way that I'd want it (in the wall) and I couldn't even afford the DIY price right now. The worst part is, I have 2 close friends that I see regularly. 1 runs cables for businesses since he was 16. The other just left his job as carpentry and electrical for a home improvement company to be a service manager. I just don't like to ask for help or expect help, so if I have to get help with anything major I always pay them and then help them for free when they need it.

When I have sheet rock walls I often 'tube' any electrical connection I need. PVC conduit is a very easy DIY project.

Only thing I didn't like was, it's not a real two stroke switch!

As usual great videos on both pieces of equipment. I look forward to seeing what you end up producing.
