Because I do every bit of my online stuff on an iPhone7 I decided to download the tapatalk app and give it a whirl. I typically use the mobile version of the standard site. This is a pain for adding pictures, videos and links. I usually go to my profile and click on notifications to see what is new. I need to learn how to navigate the Tapatalk system. Any experienced tips that I need to know?

It’s pretty straight forward. The app is decent enough.
The different view modes across the top work well. And the different categories at the bottom of the screen (forums, discussions, etc) work extremely well. I’m almost always in Discussion and sort via unread (there’s different preferences for how you like to sort and whether read posts leave the list or stay).
The only real issue I have is when I want to copy text from a post - you have to either switch into Web View or quote the whole post, then hit the edit button to copy.
Other than that it works well. Posting pics from your phone is easy (medium is the size to use). Videos just show up as links unless you do some finagling.
I keep up with a dozen forums using it and rarely use my laptops for that anymore.
