JONWAY ABS BODY PARTS

I have a 2012 49cc Jonway scooter.  I am having trouble finding the ABS instrument surround plastic and an ABS air filter box assembly (long frame)  for my scooter.  I have been given the run around and sent several parts from an "expert" supplier  which didn't come close to fitting my scooter.  Does anyone on the forum have these parts for sale, or know a reliable retailer who might have parted out Jonway scooters.  Your help would be appreciated.  If positive response I will make my contact information available.  Thanks.

If you have a picture that might help. Sometimes Chinese manufacturers will use the same body parts on different brands.

In the case of the air box assembly it was shattered into multiple pieces when a friend I loaned the scooter to got high and crashed it. Therefore nothing left to photograph. An Ebay dealer sent me an air box assembly to replace the missing one which he said was correct for my scooter (2012 Jonway). When I mounted it up the rubber air supply tube of the new assembly was approximately one inch short of reaching the carburetor. When I contacted the vendor he said, "Oh, you must have a long frame scooter. I don't have an air box for those." When I asked him why his Ebay air box ad didn't mention short, medium or long frame, or why he didn't ask me the scooter frame size before I paid for the part, I got no answer! Surprise, surprise! So now I am sitting with a disassembled scooter in my garage and no air box (air filter) assembly (ABS housing). HELP anyone?

Regarding the ABS surround of the speedometer and gauges, parts of it were cracked and the ABS plastic extensions to which the turn signals are mounted were broken off. Earlier I had ordered an ABS headlight surround to which the speedometer surround is supposed to mate up to. This same vendor sent me a new ABS speedometer surround which he again professed to be correct for my scooter. Not only did the new surround NOT mate up with the part he earlier sent me, but the mounting holes and configuration would in no way allow me to attach it to my scooter. I have attached a couple of photos which show both the new, unworkable ABS surround and my old surround. When I asked the vendor why the new part did fit my scooter and how could he send me a part which didn't even mate with the part he earlier sent me, I got the response, "Well you know these Jonway scooters use parts from different suppliers." When I asked him why he didn't tell me this first, before I paid for three parts from him. And how could he send me two new parts which he knows have to fit together for the repair, and they come nowhere near mating up. Guess what, when I asked this question all I got was silence. Surprise, surprise.

So now I am sitting with a torn apart scooter with less than 2000 miles and no obvious way to get it back on the road. So any help or leads to solve my problems would be ever so appreciated. Thanks Larry
