Today after work I'll go work on the scooter. Any tips on where I should look for the battery? I've checked the Front and under the chair next to fuel tank. Maybe it is in a different place. I want to atleast find the cables that connect to the battery so Incase it's really not there - I'll have some idea of what to do next. It really could be a Honda Dio AF35 and not an Af27

Follow the positive cable back from the starting motor. See where it goes. 🙈

*inhales* So theres a lot going on here, lets breakdown things in order of importance. You have a Dio 2 I believe, so the SK50M manual is not the correct manual to reference. However the SK50M and the SK50 III (AF28) are similar enough that it shouldnt matter. On the left side of the scooter there is a tab with a VIN number on it. It will look something like AF*****. Tell us what that number is so we can better help you. EDIT: I took a look through the photos again and noticed this isnt a vertical motor. This is a AF34/35 like Ube said. Lets start with the main issue here that the scooter doesnt run. You do not need a battery installed in the scooter to start it. It will still start with the key on and a few good kicks. You said you did a carb clean. Did you actually take the whole carb off, disassemble the whole thing and clean it all with solvent? Or did you just spray some carb clean in the intake and call it good? Have you done a spark test and fuel check? The dio uses an in floor fuel tank and pump. The pumps are well made by Keihin, mines older than I am and still works no problem however lets not rule that out either. Take the spark plug out and rest the body of the plug against the engine or frame. Kick the scooter a few times and watch the plug. You should see a spark jumping while you kick it. If you dont see a spark try a new plug (NGK# BP7HS) and try again. If you still dont see a spark then you have an ignition problem. Let us know and we can help from there. After kicking the bike a few times crack open the carb float bowl. Is it full of gas? Does the gas look nice and clean? Anything floating in there? Best if you can take a picture so we can help. If both the carb and the spark are looking good then your last check is compression. How many Km/M does the bike have on it? Is it very, very easy to kick? Does the motor become much harder to rotate at a certain point in its cycle? Lastly if you live in the continuous US and arent attached to this scooter or dont want to deal with it I would like to buy it. I like Dios. get back to us with this information and we can help. Here is a parts diagram for the different versions of the SK50R II. Its in Japanese so goodluck with that, but the pictures could help. Seems like your battery could go under the nose cowling.

I disassembled the whole carb and cleaned it like that tutorial on this forums showed. Then put it back together. I replaced the spark plug with a new one i bought online. I don't know how to do a fuel check, I'm stil a learner. The spark plug I put in it was a NGK BR6HSA, It fits very well, but i am not sure if it is the right plug. I do not want to give up on this scooter just yet. I started working on it for pure fun and to learn.

Follow the positive cable back from the starting motor. See where it goes. 🙈 I have no idea what this "Positive cable" looks like. It's the one that doesn't go to ground. You have two cables coming off the starter, unless it's grounded through the body. Then it's the only one.

Ok so I started looking where each wire and cable was going and I have questions. First of all what is this little box that some wires connect to?
Then I found this cable under the fuel tank, could that be something that connects to the battery or is that something else?
There's some cables going under there
There was gasoline inside here, ...or atleast it smells like gas, is this the motor/engine? Is that gasoline supposed to be there?

Did a spark plug test. There was tiny sparks coming out of the plug, so I guess thats not the problem. What about the fuel check, how do I check that?

1 looks like it might be the starter relay. 2 is that the battery box behind the cable? Could be the battery live feed. 3 looks like the fuel pump. 4 looks like petrol tank.

I noticed that the white plastic with wires under fuel tank, it has a fuse in it. It has only 1 fuse tho, do scooters need both fuses to work?

If there are wires in and out of needs a fuse. Some fuse holders just have a spare fuse specs moulded in.

Then there's another one wire, the same as the other one but without a fuse attached. Maybe that is what is missing? Do scooters even need electricity to start at all, isn't that just for lights? Some person mentioned to do a fuel check, I have no idea what that is and how to do that. I did a spark check and there were small sparks.

I don't want to discourage you, but I think you should step back and learn the basics of combustion engines before attempting this repair. It seems like you're totally new at this and while that's okay it could mean you accidentally breaking something or worse a safety issue. I was where you were at not too long ago so I can understand how confusing everything is when you first start out. Maybe start here and then watch some videos about two strokes to help get acquainted with the technology. youtu.be/vIJ50aUiBgMIf you're like me and you'd rather learn by doing then read on. You are getting spark which is good. Ignition is a pain to correct if it's wrong. To do a fuel check crack open the carb bowl and make sure it's full of fuel. Then remove the fuel line from the carb (the black hose on the back of the carb on the right) and kick the scooter a few times. Fuel should shoot out of that now disconnected hose. If fuel is not coming out of that hose then your fuel pump is bad or you have a vacuum pulse leak somewhere. In the photos you ask about a small box with wires coming out of it. The small box is the starter relay. When you hold the brake and press the ignition switch it will power the relay, thus connecting the positive terminals inside the relay to power the starter motor. Ignore this box for now as it only serves the electric starter. The white box with the red wire coming out of it is the scooters fuse box. Measure the length of the fusebox and then go to an autoparts store and buy a box of glass AGC fuses. Install one of these glass fuses inside that box with the red wires connected to it. The scooter should start. The fuses will look like this. Get the ones rated for 15Amps. They will have a large 15A on the box.

I have labeled each item on the scooter. You need to have that fuse installed in the fuse box to start the scooter.
