I have labeled each item on the scooter. You need to have that fuse installed in the fuse box to start the scooter. Thank you! I am a total noob to this

I don't want to discourage you, but I think you should step back and learn the basics of combustion engines before attempting this repair. It seems like you're totally new at this and while that's okay it could mean you accidentally breaking something or worse a safety issue. I was where you were at not too long ago so I can understand how confusing everything is when you first start out. Maybe start here and then watch some videos about two strokes to help get acquainted with the technology. youtu.be/vIJ50aUiBgMIf you're like me and you'd rather learn by doing then read on. You are getting spark which is good. Ignition is a pain to correct if it's wrong. To do a fuel check crack open the carb bowl and make sure it's full of fuel. Then remove the fuel line from the carb (the black hose on the back of the carb on the right) and kick the scooter a few times. Fuel should shoot out of that now disconnected hose. If fuel is not coming out of that hose then your fuel pump is bad or you have a vacuum pulse leak somewhere. In the photos you ask about a small box with wires coming out of it. The small box is the starter relay. When you hold the brake and press the ignition switch it will power the relay, thus connecting the positive terminals inside the relay to power the starter motor. Ignore this box for now as it only serves the electric starter. The white box with the red wire coming out of it is the scooters fuse box. Measure the length of the fusebox and then go to an autoparts store and buy a box of glass AGC fuses. Install one of these glass fuses inside that box with the red wires connected to it. The scooter should start. The fuses will look like this. Get the ones rated for 15Amps. They will have a large 15A on the box. Also doesn't fuel come in through the tube with black cap with a needle and a spring from the top of the carburetor? Sorry if im asking dumb questions

I wanted to do the "fuel check", so I pulled the tube I thought was the tube where fuel goes in the carburetor, see picture below,(please correct me if that's not the real one). I tried to kickstart it for about 2 minutes straight and there was no fuel coming out of the tube. What should I do now? There was fuel in the tank btw!!
Also I checked the fuse box, there is supposed to be 2 fuses apparently. One is 15A and the other is 10A. I ordered them online, hope I got the size right though. Also the cables that connect to the fuse, I had one fuse laying around and i stick in it the cable and it was sort of 'loose', I really hope that's not a problem, it wasn't falling out or anything it was just easy to put in and easy to take out.

You will have to check a few things, but first fit the air box cover, drain any old fuel from the tank and replace with fresh, replace the spark plug with new, next would be the fuel pump itself I am not familiar with Hondas but you need to check its working (try the manual). once that's all done you should have fuel at the carb,if not pour some in the carb through that brass tube. It ,s good to go now,I use starting fluid in a spray can to "help" with a first start.

Your fuel tank is under the floor, the tank near the tail light is for two stroke oil.

There's some cables going under there
There was gasoline inside here, ...or atleast it smells like gas, is this the motor/engine? Is that gasoline supposed to be there?
That's the gas tank

That's the gas tank
Alright that makes sense why it had gasoline in it. But what about the tank near taillights? My friend has the same dio but different color and he always pours his gas in there? I have gas poured in that same tank too.

Like Geoff said, the plastic tank is for two stroke oil.

I am super confused right now. I went to my friend who has the same model Dio and he has been putting gas in his oil tank for years and the scooter runs with no problem. I've attached pictures of his scooter's insides. Here's a pic from a tube coming from his oil tank That tube goes in the motor if I understand correctly And now here's a pic of my scooter which has that same tube going the same way. What the hell is going on here? Why does my friend's scooter still work if he has been putting Gasoline inside his oil tank this whole time? This is so confusing and it makes no sense at all. I want to understand what's going on here before i continue working on the scooter.

I think your friend is as confused as you, hard to tell with all the dirt around but that tube from the tail lamp tank is going to the oil pump on the engine, please listen to us we are trying to help "attitude" just freezes the amount of time people donate to your build, spend time reading the manual to avoid this tooing and froing.

Its obviously not since you can reply to it, but you dug up a thread thats over a year old. I think the guy is still moping around putting fuel in his oil tank and running to the store trying to find a bag of spark plug sparks.
