so here it is! lol almost complete. just need to put in those damn clutch springs. do you have to remove the back wheel in the process of changing the clutch springs? if so i think i understand..
the images are a bit big, may need to adjust your screen accordingly! lol
ive done some more work with the paint and i think i have it the way i like it, flat black and epoxy red 2 tone...
also dropped it with a zuma shock in the back and lowered the forks according to "90gtvert's" guide. it was a b***CH haha i had to use a metal file and a "rock on a stick" drill bit that was alllll fddd up. it was worth it though, now i just have to fix the kickstand. lol
went ahead and attempted to make the rear end a one piece thing with jb weld kwik. haha
it looks pretty decent when the seat is closed but it started to crack bc someone was riding on the back fender instead of the seat. damn! but also raised the tags about 1.5 inches to be under that reflector, chopped the mud gaurd pretty nicely, made the back fender into a choppe dlittle hugger just to keep the engine clean, but trimmed so you can see the wheels and stuff good. also threw some micro cf turn signals on there
got the engine boosted all up. 72cc's, cai, tuned pipe, cdi, coil, 28mm flatside keihin pwk carb, stainless backed fiberglass reeds, p&p intake manifold, upgraded starter wire, vented cvt cover, polished and reshaped variator, 1.5k clutch springs, fmf powercore silencer packing, removed oil injection, premium fuel and oil, manual fuel petcock intergrated to the tank w/ reserve setting. ect ect ect ect ect. lol
the famous old 49ccscoot home made drain pipe elbow cooling scoop! ;D n a wrapped header, to keep cooler air coming into the scoop. rather than the heat just rising when your idle'n and getting sucked in to "cool" the engine.
9mm tire caps, tires, painted rims,
front disc stopping power thanks to "big jeff" :scoot2:
lemme know what ya think... i also put neon on it too.. ill post pics later
