We are now in the playoff season! Well not my vikes but you know what I mean.They didn't make the playoffs and fired the coach.My second fave team (chiefs) are in. The bills are cool since they're an underdog.Tom Brady and the Bucs are in the playoffs because Brady's a damn machine.I sorta like the Bengals too.
Should be fun. Are you guys interested in the playoffs?For European folks : the NFL is basically a bunch of huge dudes pushing each other around for 3 hours.

The Superbowl is usually the 1 football game per year that I watch. Before then, I rarely have any idea what's going on in the NFL.

The chiefs won 42-21. I think I would have had the Chiefs team stand aside while the Steelers QB, Roethlisberger, walked across the goal line for the final score of his career. But that is just me...

I can't blame them for trying to get as many $$$$ as they can. Their playing careers don't last long and can end very suddenly and have long term effects. I enjoy watching the games. The players have terrific physical abilities I never had. The team owners seem to make big $$$$$$$ no mater what.

Just to be clear they weren't taking a knee for more pay.it was for a problem the NFL has addressed now.And yes pro players have a small window to get as much cash as possible. No one bitches about the billionaire owners though.

I've been lucky to see some great football over the years. Montana and Rice,Dan Marino.Tom freaking Brady. The best part of the playoffs is the amazing precision you see. Running 20 mph then make a right angle cut and not snap your ankles is just amazing.OH! I can't forget Dan Fouts and the Chargers back in the day.Walter Payton. Cris Carter,Randy Moss. So many.

I'm all for them getting as much dough as they can. If I was in that situation I would too. The NFL makes so much money off the players backs, it's good to see they get a (large) cut of it.

It shows the vid Frank. Yeah it's cool when the big boys get involved like that.The games over the weekend had some of the best playoffs I've seen in many years. We got San Francisco 49ers going to LA to play the Rams to see who goes to the super bowl.And Cincinnati going to KC for the same.I was going for the Chiefs but felt bad for the Buffalo Bills. They played a hell of a game.The(hated by me) Packers lost so that was awesome.I'm an old pessimistic dude but I still get fired up for football.

That niners game was awesome. That was old school football. Lambaeu field, in the snow. Gave up passing and it was all running. The physicality of it was awesome. And the right team won.

As an Angeleno, I’m in for the Rams. Brutal game on Sunday, but I’ll take the win. Hoping they get to the big show!
For the record, I only started keeping up with games recently because we now have 2 teams here. I’m still skeptical though, because we’ve had a few come and go in the past
