Is there another way to connect lithium ion cells besides spot wielding them. Is soldering sufficient.

Spot welding is probably faster for manufacturing, and reduces the chance of a break due to vibration, but I would think solder should be ok. Higher temp solder would be better, and maybe leave a little slack in your wires.

Is there another way to connect lithium ion cells besides spot wielding them. Is soldering sufficient. You will explode cells if you try to solder them. Get a battery tab welder...theyre 50 bucks.. |
