Try bleach . Half bleach half water . Spray it on . Could be efflorescence on the concrete . Hard to tell in the pick . If it's that use vinegar and water mix .

Mold comes with damp conditions. You will need to work on leaks and ventilation or the mold will come back.

I'vebeen told by a FEMA inspector 10 to one water/ bleach ratio. Point was to get mold to absorb it, not to go into 'spore phase' to self protect itself.

P90/P100 respirator and spray that stuff down with bleach solution.
That is super thick though. I almost feel like it needs to power-washed off.
Frank is spot on about ventilation.

Thank you,yes once rain stops here will check out airflow and make some ventilation if needed. Respirator next on the list . Would love to jetwash down but still has stuff waiting to be collected in it and lack of water supply but may check out local mobile chap he may have mobile water supply for his truck. Then a dehumidifier for a bit or space heater dry it out. Could possibly cover other persons stuff up while being done.cheers jbjhillbilly
