Just a generic helix build

Welp, had this helix for a while now. It's been my winter project and now its almost complete!
I'm hoping to get this thing mechanically sound enough to become my daily to work and back. (Gas prices ya know)
(Boring backstory ahead)
I got this helix last year for a steal, 300$! It was a basket case but I had high hopes for it, I needed a intake chamber manifold (luckily eBay came to the rescue for the first year intake, 19$) I cleaned out the carb and it fired right up! 30$ for a new battery and if was off to the races!
Currently it still runs good and does ride fine.
However the top speed is rather poor (60-65mph) and sounds like a rattle can when accelerating.
Today I dove into all the nitty gritty of it. It needs a air filter BAD (Im surprised it even ran, filter was so clogged up with dirt and mouse poo you couldn't even tell it was there)
Belt is still within the service limits (21.5mm) however, I ordered a new belt to keep just incase (gates powerlink, it was 13$)
The rear wheel had a wobble and I thought the wheel bearings were shot, turns out the rear wheel nut was only hand tight, (got very lucky here, could of ended badly if that would of fell off going 65) doubled check all bolts for proper torque.
Muffler needs some addressing, it's missing the middle gasket piece and sounds like a tin can.
I'll see if I can get the radio overhauled and working (only thing it does is turn on and set the time to 12:00, won't respond to any button commands)
Overall, should be a interesting build!
