I traded my black Honda Dio 2 for this Malaguti F10 with a Jog 90 motor. It currently has a set of stock 90cc cases, a 54mm cylinder, a stroker crankshaft from TWH (101cc) Piarel stainless pipe, 30mm PWK carb, big valve intake and an unknown cvt setup. It's a really cool scooter, but unfortunately it's SCREAMING loud. If you've ever heard the Arrow pipe on the Dio/Elite it's louder than that. I think I am going to rework the motor to accept a more quiet setup. Any recommendations on a setup?   |

Never seen that pipe before. Can you make some more pics of it? It's a stainless steel Piarel pipe. I took it apart to check the packing and it's very well made. Heavy, thick stainless all over. It feels like a super premium product. Unfortunately it's mega loud, like somebody is calling the cops immediately loud.   |

I decided on a build direction. Keeping the motor but changing the pipe and intake setup. I can't be riding around sounding like a demonic chainsaw without a muffler. I ordered a Jog 90 chamber for this motor. I think it will be much quieter than the stainless Pairel I have now and work much better.  Hmm looks familiar!  I also plan to try and shoehorn a modified stock airbox. Not sure how, but I want to make it happen. I'm thinking about using a 360°adapter from polini or the like. Something like this  |

I remember Brandon at Scooter Swap Shop doing something with Piarel. Very pretty pipes.

I remember Brandon at Scooter Swap Shop doing something with Piarel. Very pretty pipes. They are very rare in the wild, particularly the horizontal minarelli pipe. I plan to keep it for my collection. |
