Okay gents, I've finally sold my TV and now have the funds for a BBK. Time to do some shopping. Any good deals you might know of right now?
EDIT: Cannot exceed $200 with shipping.

I know Enviromoto did have some kits around at a discount. I suspect they're all gone by now, but he was selling Polini Sport kits for just over $100. That would certainly be worth a shot. Check his site too. Keep checking eBay putting in names like Malossi, Polini, Top Performance, Airsal, etc... and you might run across a really good deal. The kits from Autotech355 aren't bad ( 70cc w/coil for $135 shipped). You should be able to even pick up a Polini, Malossi, or other good kit for about $200 shipped at regular price. You might try looking around the Canadian places if you can't find 'em in America because the shipping is sometimes lower than from Europe. ...And of course make sure you are getting the correct wrist pin size before you order.

Good call on the Canadian shops.
I haven't even been searching for name brand kits to be honest, just thought they were out of my price range. I guess it doesn't hurt to check em out. I might get lucky, like you said. I'll keep my eyes peeled on them. Still waiting to find out if they will even fit my scoot.

I know I looked at Polini and Malossi Sport kits through ScooterCraft of SPMotoStore soem time ago and they came in just under $200 shipped. I'm sure you can find a better deal than that though.

I'm going with the autotech355 $135 kit. So here's what I'm purchasing...
The autotech355 kit.
A Bigger HOCA Turbo Fan (Reign said it was necessary, and mine's already busted anyways)
Jet's - the sizes I don't know... What sizes should I get? I don't know what size I am now, as my jets are not marked, and i'm going to be using the UNI filter as well... I'm guessing I'm going to need a broad range of different jets. Any educated guesses you guys might be able to throw out there?
Anything else you think I might need?

Your stock jet it likely around a 70. You will probably need 80 to 90. Get more if you can. gs said sherryberg188 on ebay sells jets for $1.00 each.

Not sure about sherryberg188. They have delorto jets, but I have no idea if they would work in my scooter. Also, I couldn't find any that were priced at $1. So I know I should really check, but, man, I'm tired of working on the thing right now... I might hate myself later for this but oh well. Judging from these two pictures, what kind of jets do you think I should get? 2strokd said I might have the VM18 or a variant of that. I took a picture of the carb too. These jets do look like the ones 2strokd linked me too... www.jetsrus.com/a_jets_by_carburetor_type/jets_mikuni_main_VM11-22.htmIs this the VM18?

So I've ordered a few different things.
First I ordered a fan cover, engine cover, throttle assembly, and exhaust gasket with spare bolt from Reign. Should be here before next weekend (he's always good about getting it out ASAP - a life saver, really...)
Then I ordered the Autotech355 10mm pin 64mm cylinder height 70cc upgrade kit on eBay. Everyone who has one seems to love it. He's also got the best deal around. Looking forward to that. Should be here by next weekend, if not, then by Tuesday the 16th (he is also very good about getting things shipped quickly).
Now I'm just waiting for some feedback on what jet's I should get. Might just go ahead and take mine out tomorrow morning before work to get some measurements, cause I'd hate to waste the money.
I'm looking forward to having some real power in the next week or two. I've already got roller weights ranging from 3grams up to 12 grams. I've also got clutch springs (1000, 1500, 2000). Then there are the "Contra" springs (for the torque driver) which have the same rpm range as the clutch springs. Going to be completely ready. The only thing other than the jets that I'm considering blowing more cash on would be the kevlar belt. I normally wouldn't even consider getting a new belt unless absolutely necessary... But the way Reign makes it sound (and I do trust his opinion a great deal now), it seems like I would be missing out on some good power. I mean, if my belt is stretching now, imagine what adding 20cc and almost doubling my HP would do... Might just go ahead and drop another 40-60 bones for it. Anyways, I'm done. Thanks for reading ;D (I'm excited, if you can't tell).

Whhhhhaaaaa? I guess he stopped giving away the fans for free. I wish I would have checked more kits, maybe I missed that one. Thanks for the information.
Edit: Mine came with the coil and plug, but no fan.

Here's some info on what jets worked for me. I see the jets you linked to are .8mm thread pitch as opposed to 1.0. 2strokd will have to tell you if that's what his uses. I know gs also used the 6mm x 1.0 in his stock carb. I suspect they'd owrk for you. Check it out anyway... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=carb&action=display&thread=364Congrats on the BBK and other parts. I think you're gonna be really happy soon.

I've got the same carb as your 90cc. Is that abnormal? I guess a lot of things about this scooter are a bit off (like the taller fins and longer studs on my 1E40FM head).
So what I guess I'm asking, since I just got a little confused with all the different jets in the jet info section, did the 6mm x 1.0 dellorto jet work in your 90cc's carb? I noticed that you said it did, but it seems just a bit different in the shape. I'm guessing that is not important, as the only thing that should matter is thread pitch and width...? Am I correct to assume this?
Oh and thanks man! I can't wait!

No, it's not abnormal to have that style of carb. They're the same thing, just with different top designs essentially. Yes, basically the thread pitch and diameter is what matters with the jets. I never used those jets, just screwed 'em in. I know gs is using that style right now though with no issues. The only way the shape is gonna matter much is if the head is too long and can't fit in the bowl or soemthing like that. That's not an issue with the Dellorto 6mm jets or the Mikuni VM11/22s.

Ok I'm about to purchase these. Is it overkill? I wanna get this thing tuned right, so... www.sip-scootershop.com/Products/40270200/Details.aspx
Edit: I didn't know that you had to order over a certain cost to get anything from that store. Not cool! I found a decent deal on eBay, though. Ordered 10 jets (80,82,84,86,88,90,92,94,96,98) for just under $34 shipped. I'll let you guys know about the dealer (treatshq - eBay) in the review section once I get them.

Sweet. That's a nice collection of jets. Should allow you tine fine tune it for the best results. I'd be a bad person to ask about over kill... I've got something like sizes 60-140 main jets lol. I like to be prepared.
