 has anyone ever had a tao tao frame break in a perfectly straight line like this before?? i believe someone was out to kill or hurt me pretty bad. any comments and theories will be accepted thank you and be safe out there i have more pics upon request |

Looks like it hasn't been cut to me. And it's hard to see from the pictures, but that big a gap must of been stress applied somewhere.
Where abouts in the scooter is it?

Nothing happened before you found this? Just normal riding, with not potholes, drops, etc?
But as was said above, it looks like a regular break. You can get it fixed if you want if you know a really good welder.
