Everything except the kickstart was caused by one thing.Gearbox cover got loose(I really dont have any luck with threadlocker and torque wrench)and all of the oil leaked out.Wheel shaft got some play and the disc was putting a lot of force on the caliper and the pin just fell out.That bolt you see was rubbing on rear pulley.It got some damage but i wont bother to replace the pulley face right now.Gearbox is also grenaded(can spin the shaft and wheel independently).I will post more pictures when I pull the engine out. Sticking to my bicycle for now   |

I've never used thread locker on a scooter gearbox cover before. Never had a bolt come out.

Just found a picture from 2017.Yes,it was mine 6 years ago and yes its the same one I own today.I would never think I would see or even buy it again.I was 15yo when I got it the first time.  |

And it's back.For some reason carb was way out of tune.Subframe works perfectly.Welded it a bit crooked but it doesnt affect anything.Next step:painting the plastics.Also i have to come up with some type of mudguard for the rear wheel because of the filter.Could also try to fit the original undertail but I dont feel like doing any mods right now.  |

 What a nice day.Went to a local racetrack and really pushed it to the limit.Runs sorta fine,apart from being a bit lean at WOT.Runs a bit hot for my taste,but Im using a stock radiator so no big surprise there.(It was around 28°C outside )Dirt bike rads are next on the list.Also I heard detonation for the first time on this setup today.Not much but hey i would prefer if there was none.122km/h @14620 RPM.Max temp was around 90°C(😬)Waiting for some heavier rollers.Here is a picture of me racing with '09 Yamaha R125.He didn't stand a chance.  |

Found the front plastic from a 2014 model for about 50€.Immediately went for painting.Can you guess the color?(spoiler in the picture)  |

I was aiming for a bit darker version of this color but this looks so good in person.Now for the rest of plastics 
Here is a complete front plastic.Those sidepanels are so rare around here and when located they tend to be in pretty rough shape.I was lucky to get them in very good condition  |
