the bike is running really well after some dialing with the carb..i think it need a lil biger pilot jet but i cant find in local shop.spark plug look good
but i have another problem now-the triple tree got warped from the wheelies i tried the first wheelies with the new bbk last week-popping a wheelie is much easier even with 50-60 km/h but i wasnt used to it so i hit the brake hard(rear brake also fixed and is much more hard than before) so the front wheel go down to the ground roughly and that caused the damage-im also 90 kg now i cant wheelie till i fix this and is very hard to find triple tree for this bike in greece
but im lucky and i found a bike almost identical with mine so maybe i can use the triple tree from that bike if it fits

ok the bike is yamaha bws spy 96-99 and the kids that had this bike tried to fit a beta horizontal motor(alu 70+gianeli pipe) together with beta variator and 12' wheel but as you can notice from the photo above there is not space for the carb because of the frame so maybe they couldnt find a solution and they threw the bike away i was tempted to keep the crankase and the cooler and go lc on the future www.scooter-attack.com/en/product/subframe-adapter-sport-easyboost-yamaha-aerox-to-bw-s-49234?vctype_id=13 with this anyway now i got a second bike in parts except frame and motor(is useless i think) i should keep the frame but i got no more space to store it

The liquid cooled engine is much better for tuning. But there is always the problem of the radiator mounting. I would be stripping it right down anyway if I was going to use it.

yes indeed its much better--the ac always suck some power if someone want crazy power its better to go liquid but i plan to keep the bws for everyday use so there is no reason i guess
