Did this build early winter. Wife’s 2T Vino was getting a little slow and beat up after 5000 miles. Got most parts from Scooter Swap Shop and Scooterpartsco . Pretty mild build and my first 2 stroke.

Went with Malossi wild lion exhaust, wife didn’t want anything to loud. Also upjetted stock carb. Ditched the auto oiler. Malossi Fly clutch with white contra . Malossi variate and belt.   |

Spent more than I wanted on tires, ordered Michelin pilot street 2’s, thought it came in pairs it didn’t.  |

35 before 47 after mods, it also had dirt bike tires with tubes before

Stripped it down to the frame and did some rattle can paint, didn’t get as many pics as I thought.   |

Didn’t paint the cream color panels as I figured the floorboard would just scratch off. Used some plastic filler/ repair to secure the broken panels. Hard to find unbroken rear cowling.  |

Will see how they do, have fun summer camping trips planned for the Washington/Oregon coast and Athol Idaho. I got rid of my 09 Ruckus to get the Zuma. I had put 5000 miles on the Honda. Hope the Yamaha’s will last as long.  |

My wife nad I have 2 matching vinos and 2 roughouses that we cruise around on for date nights .
Enjoy your hard work the malossi kit with a wild lion
I have many thousands of miles on that combo .
I would add a temp gauge to protect your hard work.
