TN'G Milano (2004 12cc) - Black Box?

Hi,

I just recently purchased a 2004 Milano that doesn't start. I am rebuilding it pretty heavily and noticed that there is a wire missing from this black box. The box has a siren connected to it and a bunch of other wires that then connect to the dash. Everything is plugged in except this solid copper wire on the other side of the other side of the box. 

Does anyone know where this black wire goes if anywhere?

I am not sure but that looks like an immobiliser/ alarm box to me,the loose wire could be the Ariel wire or maybe an earth/ground wire ,you need to find a wiring diagram for your scoot.
