Oil pump fitted, just need to get the side casing hole drilled out for the kickstart idler shaft as the hole is smaller. One year different and they changed the kickstart design when they fitted a starter motor

Correct oldgeek , it's sprung loaded to the casing and raises when the kickstart is used, rises and meshes with the crank teeth and spring pressure drops it back below the teeth again.

Plenty of standard type exhausts for sale still. But couldn't find anything performance wise.
The melody was called the aero in the States. Might have more luck searching for some parts using that name.
