I'm looking for suggestions on a carb for my 03 Zuma. I will be upgrading from the Top Performances Trophy 70cc kit that I have to the Stage6 Sport Pro MKII. I plan on replacing the stock crank with a Malossi MHR 12mm and will likely get the Yasuni City 16 to replace the Stage6 Pro Rep that I have currently. With this setup I know the 17.5mm Delorto I have wont cut it. I'm not sure if a 19 or 21mm would be better for this setup. Does anyone have any suggestions on the size and type? We are 5,280ft above sea level here if that helps

I wonder if the 17.5mm is restricting the amount of power the scooter could make. Also, I would like to know what kind of temps he hits on a stretch with WOT.

You will be able to test it yourself You already have the 17 dellorto Rebuild your scoot run it with the 17 and then swap on the 19 .
I have run both on Zuma builds Temps at wide open mile long runs were similar when I tuned the carbs for best performance . On my builds that peaked under 11,000 rpms By my Butt Dyno I noticed no difference also Top speed was also similar the wall of wind puts a cap
With a real Dyno the 19 would show better acceleration and top speed

Thank you for the input guys. I think that I'll keep with the 17.5mm for now and spend the money elsewhere with the rebuild

Add gears they will do more for top end than any carb I would expect add 5-7 mph with your set up
