Yamaha bws engine retro fit

I’m looking to to use a a 2004+ bws 50 Minarelli 50cc engine
In a 1997 + bws 50, is it the same will it fit?

That’s vertical vs horizontal Minarelli. They don’t swap (I mean, you can swap anything with enough welding, but they don’t just drop in).

You can buy a mounting kit from easyboost, and others. This makes it a lot easier.
