I've had a rear pulley be incredibly tough before for no reason I could see. I'm not a small guy and it gave me hell. Trying to squeeze it to open, using the belt to try and pull it inward, rotating the pulleys, etc... I took it all apart and cleaned it and it was fine after that. I assume it was an issue with the torque driver and it's pins/guides causing the hang up, but I really don't know for sure. If you got it and it is still super hard to open the rear pulley, something's probably wrong. If you find it near impossible to open and yet the scooter runs just fine, then you might just need more elbow grease or something. 90GTvert....that is exactly what it was...it was frozen up....and see...even you had one like that.... Maybe now Fox will see that others have the same problem....and we do not live in his 'perfect' world where everything happens by the book...and if you run into an odd problem....you are not weak...stupid....below him....or trying to B.S. people. I see many of his posts are abrasive demeaning...angry...which I think is detrimental to any newbie's that may wanna join us...after reading them....
