is tha all that could be causing this problems? i mean it HAS to be something to do with where the gas enters the motor? that still doesn't explain why it still drives no problem once its started.....maybe i oughta start it...and beat the shit out of it and hope for the best? lol im being sarcastic.

I doubt it's the issue, but check over your vacuum lines too. Might wanna take the fuel line off of the carb and be sure it shoots gas out when you kick it over. Both just on the possibility that vacuum could be a little weak or the vacuum petcock could be starting to have trouble.

Nope no way to bypass the CDI, thats the bad news, the good news is if the CDI were faulty your scooter would not run at all. I would adjust the valves.

Then its not getting fuel, clean the carb especially the idle and main jet check the float needle valve, vaccume line going to fuel petcock, take off fuel line on carb, place in jar, suck on vaccume line, see if you ger fuel flow, check also fuel filter. Hope it helps

well, this is the part that confuses me, i took the carb off of my dads 50cc (his runs PUUUURRRRRFEECT) and put it on mine, same thing...i did notice...from the petcock to the carb...theres a hose...i took it off and tried to start it to see what would happen...nothing...i dont know if thats normal or what..it acts like it WANTS to start, but never really does, thats why i was askin about the cdi...ive tried everything, and im probably going to lose my job tomorrow if i cant come..

Sounds like fuel petcock or filter.

The hose on top of the petcock is the vaccume line. It goes to the nipple on the intake
