JMO but, I have orderd from Scrappys a few times, Even visited his store and never had a problem. Well, that's not true I did order the wrong CDI but, that was my fault. You can read about a few bad experiences online but most people never post if things go right. Not shure about 2t bikes but, If I need or want something quick and cheap for my QMB Scrappys is the first place to look. Again Just My opinion for what it's worth.

So far I have only praise for scrappydog. we have had stuff coming in from scrappy for the past two weeks and I have been pleased so far. The stage 4 bbk kit we got was excellent quality and the port job on the head was very nicely done. They even posted a link to Cory's build on there site.
Regards Skip

I ordered a seal kit and a replacement filter element for my scooter a few weeks back. Called em sat. afternoon, gave em my c.c. number and was told it would be 3-4 business days from them to me in south carolina. That thursday(4th day) rolls around and nothing. I call em on friday and they say it hasnt even shipped out, that something had happened and that they were gonna ship it out that same friday expedited. Got my package on monday.
I wasnt mad- people make mistakes. But its what they do to correct them that counts.
I plan on ordering from them again.

I have tons of scrappydog parts. I asked for a sticker and about 6 months later on another order, they sent some stickers. I imagine they run out quickly. I usually get parts very quickly or communication about a backorder.

I bought some 50mm piston rings and the gaps were too wide. I emailed them and never got a response. I put in a dispute in paypal and finally got an email from 'Mo'
He said 'while it is not optimal, you should be able to use the rings they way they are.
No I dont think so. I do things right or not at all. He never said i could return them for an exchange or refund or what. So I emailed back and asked so Do I return them for a refund or what since they told me the rings are not 'optimal' meaning to me they are incorrect. To me, a part is either right or not....there is no inbetween in my view especially rings, thats not something you can 'cheat' on.
This is turning into a hassle so when shopping for piston rings, move on to somewhere else.

I order 70cc aluminum bbk they emailed in 15 and said they were out of stock(website doesn't show) but gave me a choice for a refund or the iron kit. They were very help took iron kit and gave me refund for the difference in two day pay pal told me they could tale as long as 30. Well iron cylinder didnt fit so i called and they said send email to mo. Gave honest opinion that kit should be refund. They told me to mail it back and put note in for credit or refund. The short of this was a was nota great shop experience but the were nice and helpful in fixing the issue

They have always treated me well. Sometimes parts are backordered but they let me know. Usually I get my parts 3 days after ordering.

well, after a couple delays on my scrappydog order, i finally got my parts, to find that im missing an airfilter and spark plug...awesome. last week they told me the plugs were backordered. had to call them though, nice of them to tell me when to expect them. still no idea when. sometimes they get stuff to me quick, sometimes not. still, there pretty good. i want to give more business to mainleyscooters. greg is new and needs business im sure.
